What does the Clear Veeva Cache do and when should it be used?
The Veeva CRM application uses cache on the Veeva servers for the components that are specific to the Veeva CRM application. A few examples of these components include:
- Call Report
- Sample Transaction
- My Accounts
- My Schedule
Clear Veeva Cache should be used when:
- Making changes to profiles or permission sets
- Making changes to objects, fields, page layouts or record types
- Alignment of Account and Territory using Territory Utilities
- Updating Sharing Rules on an object
- Loading data
Clearing the Veeva Cache could affect performance of loading Veeva pages by a few seconds.
