The Veeva CRM application uses cache on the Veeva servers for the components that are specific to the Veeva CRM application. A few examples of these components include:

• Call Report
• Sample Transaction
• My Accounts
• My Schedule

Clear Veeva Cache should be used when, but not limited only to:

• Making changes to profiles or permission sets
• Making changes to objects, fields, page layouts or record types
• Alignment of Account and Territory using Territory Utilities
• Updating Sharing Rules on an object
• Loading data

Clearing the Veeva Cache could affect performance of loading Veeva pages by a few seconds.
