When are Release Notes and Patch Notes made available to the public for Veeva CRM?
General Releases of Veeva CRM are released to Production orgs every four (4) months on a Friday. The Release Notes are delivered 30 days prior to the release of the application to Production orgs to customers that have opted-in to notifications on the Veeva Trust site or through the Support Portal. Release Notes are also made available on the CRM Help site.
Maintenance Releases, or Patches, are delivered to the Production orgs every three (3) weeks on a Friday. Patch Notes are delivered three (3) days prior to the Production upgrade associated with the Maintenance Release only to customers that have signed up to receive maintenance release notifications through the Support Portal
