Can Vault Support change user notifications on the Veeva Trust Site for individual users or customers?
No, There is no way to edit or update user accounts since the notifications are switched to the Veeva Trust Site instead of the internal mailer.
Users now control their own accounts and need to setup subscriptions accordingly. It is recommended that users setup a subscription for their own Vault POD (Point of Delivery). This narrows down the alerts received to the most relevant for them.
