Question:
Why is there no action after selecting the Schedule Call button from the Online Suggestions?
Answer:
The end-user is missing Field Level Security (FLS) Edit permission on the Suggestion_vod__c field in the Call2_vod__c object.
- When creating a Call from a suggestion, the field in the Call record is stamped with the Suggestion ID due to the FLS Edit permission
