A CLM presentation is pushed to CRM from Vault, however on iPad or Winmodern devices it does not appear.
In Vault, the File Format and the CRM Media Type are not in sync for the Multichannel Slides.
Example: For file format JPEG, the CRM Media Type is set to HTML instead of Image.
- Be sure that the File Format is in sync with the CRM Media Type in Vault.
- After making changes in Vault, push the content again to CRM.
- Make a full database refresh on the Offline device to check the behavior.
