What are the steps required to delete a Call with associated samples transactions?
In order to delete a Call with samples, follow these steps:
- Locate the sample transaction using the Sample Transactions tab.
- Unlock the sample transaction and then delete the sample transaction. An Admin user with access privileges to the Unlock checkbox field on the Sample Transaction object has access to an Unlock Button for the Submitted Sample Transaction. The Unlock Button sets the Status of the Sample Transaction record to Saved, at which point the Sample Transaction can be deleted. Once the Sample Transaction is deleted it no longer calculates against the lot.
- Go to the Call and unlock the Call.
- Null out the signature and signature date fields on the Call.
- Delete the Call.
