Question:

What is the image format in a zip file for an HTML multichannel slide?

Answer:

There are two types of zip files which can be uploaded as a Distribution Package for an HTML multichannel slide.

  • Vault uses this packaging format when auto-generating distribution zip files for Multichannel. In this case, HTML is named as index.html. The image should be PNG format with the name set as thumb.png.

  • In the following packaging format, HTML is named as a customized name.html according to the content creator's request. In this case, two JPG images are created with the name set of customized name-full.jpg used as the full image and customized name-thumb.jpg used as the thumbnail image.
