What controls the visibility for CLM Details on a Call Report in Veeva CRM?
Answer:
The zvod_CLMDetails field is required to be on the Call page layout. The user needs Read Field Level Security (FLS) to the zvod_CLMDetails field. Once a CLM presentation is shown, this field marker populates the table details.
If Data Loading records, be sure the Call Key Message record has the CLM_ID_VOD__C field populated. Otherwise, rows in the table do not display.
