Why is a Custom field (zvod_) in the Cycle Plan Target Not Stamped When the Cycle Plan is Submitted via Dataload?

Question:

Why is a custom zvod_ field in the Cycle_Plan_Target_vod__c not stamped when the Cycle Plan is submitted using Data Load?

Answer:

This is expected behavior. The zvod_ field is not stamped if the values are Data Loaded. When a Cycle Plan is submitted through the UI, the zvod_ field values are stamped.
