FAILURE: GENERAL: Required field is missing (corporate_name__v is required for HCO in region US) is returned for New Address or New Child Account Data Change Request (DCR).
These errors occur when a DCR creating an Address or Child Account is created against an Account that does not have a Network Vid associated with it. Veeva Network is interpreting this as an Add DCR for an Health Care Organization (HCO), so the associated error is returned.
DCRs failing with this error can be canceled to prevent them from being sent with each DCR Outbound Job. Update the Status field on these DCRs to Cancelled_vod to prevent the records from being sent in future jobs.
Additional data cleanup is required. The offending Account is created without being associated with a record in Network. It needs to be merged into a correct Network linked Account in CRM and if any Unverified Address or Child Account records are created, they should be deleted.
