Overview:
A Vault System Administrator cannot edit a System Provided Group's included Security Profile.
Root Cause:
System-Provided Groups can only be edited by Vault Owners even if the user's Security Profile has Edit Group permission.
Solution:
Have a Vault Owner edit the Group or set the editing User to be a Vault Owner.
