Overview:
Account Sales Dashboard is not displaying Call data.
- The Product Change chart displays No Data Available
- The Activity Summary by Product does not display any products
Root Cause:
The user does not have Read access to the Sent Email object.
Solution:
To Provide Read access to Sent Email to a User, follow these steps:
- Log into the Org as a System Administrator.
- Navigate to the User --> User Detail.
- Drill into the Profile.
- Click Edit.
- Go to the Object Permissions section.
- Check Read Access next to the Sent Email.
- Select Save.
- Clear the Veeva Cache.
