Is it possible to edit the No Active Cycle Plan message in the Cycle Plan section of the Account Page when no Cycle Plan data is available?
Answer:
Yes, it is possible to control and edit the message using the following Veeva Messages:
- CYCLE_PLAN_NO_DATA_DISPLAY - if the Active field is set to TRUE, a message is displayed to the user when no Cycle Plan data exists.
- CYCLE_PLAN_NO_DATA_MESSAGE - If the Veeva Message is Active, the Text value determines the message to display when no data exists. To change the message follow the steps below.
- Open the Veeva Message CYCLE_PLAN_NO_DATA_MESSAGE.
- Click Edit
- Change the value in the Text field.
- Click Save.
- Clear the Veeva Cache for the new message to display.
