How to set default follow-up activity during the call in CRM iRep?
Answer:
When a new follow-up activity is created on a call report, the Default Task setting can be used to determine which activity is the initial activity type.
The Default Task (Default_Task_vod__c) of Call Followup Template should be set to true if the user needs to make it as the default follow-up activity in iRep during the call.
Otherwise, the Subject of follow-up activities is blank. The user needs to select it manually.
