How to set default follow-up activity during the call in CRM iRep?
When a new follow-up activity is created on a call report, the Default Task setting can be used to determine which activity is the initial activity type.
The Default Task (Default_Task_vod__c) of Call Followup Template should be set as true if user would like to make it as default follow-up activity in iRep during the call.
Otherwise, the Subject of follow-up activities is blank and user need to select it manually.
