How to Access Previous Document Versions in Vault PromoMats and Vault Medical ?

Answer:

Previous versions of a document can be accessed from the Version History or the Timeline View.

1. Find the versions:

• The Version History can be found in the Actions Menu or as a section in the Information panel.

• The Timeline View can be found in the vertical Menu on the right:

2. Click on a version to access it.

  • Timeline View:
    
    
    

3. The document will open to the corresponding version.

4. To go back to the latest version of the document, click the version link next to Latest viewable version is.
