Question:

How to Access Previous Document Versions in Vault PromoMats and Vault Medical ?

Answer:

Previous versions of a document can be accessed from the All Actions Menu or the Document Information tab. 

From the All Actions Menu: 

1. From the All Actions menu, click Version History:
   
   
   
   
2. Click on a version to access it.
   
   
   
   
3. The document will open to the corresponding version.
   
   
4. To go back to the current version of the document, click the version next to Latest viewable version is.
   
   

From the Doc Info page: 

1. From the Document Information tab, navigate to the Version History section.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the arrow to expand the Version History.
   
   
   
   
3. Click on a version to access it.
   
   
   
   
4. The document will open to the corresponding version.
   
   
5. To go back to the current version of the document, click the version next to Latest viewable version is.
