Why is the user not able to see Samples on the Samples & Collateral section when recording a Call from a Medical Event in CRM? The prerequisites are completed, yet the Samples are not visible on the Call page of the Medical Event. Sample Management and Calls are working as expected when recording them from a Person Account.
This behavior is working as expected. Sampling is not available on Call Reports created from Medical Events unless the Account_vod field is placed on the Medical_Event_vod page layout.
The user should proceed with adding the Account_vod field on the Medical_Event_vod page layout according to the user's Profile. This resolves the issue.
