Question:
Why is the user unable to unlock the Signature Page after signature capturing? Before capturing the Health Care Provider (HCP) signature in the Call Report, the user is able to lock the page by clicking the lock symbol, but unable to unlock the page after since there is no unlock symbol displayed.
Answer:
This is expected behavior. Once the user touches the lock icon, it hides the Accept and Cancel buttons, however. If the user touches the screen at the very edge of the screen where the lock icon is located, it appears again along with the buttons, as expected. This functionality is merely used for hiding the buttons when they are not needed.
