How to determine the Veeva Align version of an instance?
Answer:
There are several ways to determine the Align version of an instance:
Method 1:
The Align version can be seen in the left hand side in the Home Tab:
Method 2:
- Navigate to: Vault View (Vault).
- Click on the Home tab.
- In the white background, under Recent Process Tasks, right-click on the white background.
- Select View Frame Source.
Method 3:
The Align version can also be found in CRM, under Territory Settings. With a System Administrator, click on Setup --> and in the left menu, Develop --> Custom Settings --> Territory Settings (Manage Button).
