Normally, any user Rep can delete signatures that are captured Offline on the records where the user is the owner. If System Admins need to delete records in CRM Online, an error message occurs: You may not delete an Attendee with a Signature.
How can the CRM Event Management Attendee records be deleted?
This is a layer of protection from Veeva out-of-the-box to avoid accidental deletion of records where the signature is captured.
In order to delete the records Online, the System Administrator needs to clear the fields:
This is done on both the Event_Attendee_vod__c and EM_Attendee_vod__c objects.
Once both fields are blank or null on both the objects, the System Admin is able to delete the record without any issues.
