Why a Document cannot be found when creating a CrossLink in PromoMats?
The user that is trying to create a CrossLink does not have permission to view the document. It is only possible to create CrossLinks from documents in which the user already has access to.
If access to a document is needed, the Document Owner needs to be contacted so that the Sharing Settings can be updated to include a new viewer. Once added as a viewer, the document is visible when creating the Crosslink.
