Why does it fail to update a reference alias by Reference Aliases import?

Example: Surgery General Surgery->Surgery General

Answer:

This is current behavior. In order to edit an existing target alias, the user needs to delete the existing alias and import new ones.

The delete and update have to be done in two separate imports.
