Why a user receives duplication Email notification of Data Quality Report in Veeva Network?
Answer:
Users are subscribed to the daily summary email and to some of the test cases. They receive two emails with the same subject line but with different content.
If a user wants to receive just one email, the user needs to uncheck the option to Receive daily summary email. Then, the user receives the results for the test cases only in one email.
