How to pull one presentation and its slides from Vault through the CLM administration tab?

Answer:

Please follow the steps below to implement this.

  1. A Vault system admin should confirm the presentation Document Number in Vault. In this case, the Document Number is VV-0464.

  2. A Vault system admin should confirm the Document Number API name in Admin --> Configuration --> Document Fields --> Base Document.

  3. A CRM system admin should add the document_number__v = 'VV-0464' condition in the Vault Presentation WHERE Clause of the CRM CLM administration tab Vault Connection Management section.
