A user receives the following error when trying to schedule an Engage Meeting for a newly created Account:
The Following newly created accounts cannot be scheduled for a remote meeting.
The Veeva Message NEW_ACCOUNT_SCHEDULE_ERROR is invoked to stop the scheduling from continuing. The Health Care Provider (HCP) server for Engage Meetings expects to have the Salesforce Account 18-Digit Record ID for an API to schedule.
To avoid the error, do the following:
- Sync the newly created Account Online.
- Schedule an Engage Remote Meeting.
