Can a document exist in multiple binders simultaneously in PromoMats?

Answer:

A document can be added to multiple binders. 

Track if a document is added to multiple binders by taking the following steps:

1. Click on the Actions Menu.
2. Click Where Used.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the pencil icon to add a filter, then type "Binder".
4. Click Binder.
   
   
   
   
5. Click Yes.
   
   
   
   
6. The binders, that a document is in, are shown:
   
   
   
   Also, the Filters (when they are mandatory) will not allow adding a document to the binder.
