Question:
A Booking Agent user transfers the Parent Call of a Group Call through the Call Booking feature. Only the Parent Call is transferred to the new owner. Does the user need to transfer the Child Calls separately?
Answer:
This is working as designed. In the case of booking Group Calls, the Booking Agent needs to assign all the Child Calls separately to a new owner as well. They do not get automatically transferred along with the Parent Call.
