How to resolve an annotation in PromoMats?
Answer:
Annotate permission is required in order to resolve annotations.
When reviewing materials, users can annotate documents. These annotations can be marked as resolved if needed. To do this, follow these steps:
- From the document, click on the View Annotations button.
- Click on the annotation.
- Click on the Check Mark.
By default, resolved annotations are hidden, however, Users can select Show Resolved Notes from the Filter menu in the document viewer to make resolved Annotations visible.
