Question:
The Pound symbol # displays on My Account Views in Sunrise. Why is this?
Answer:
Usually, it is because the iPad language does not match the SFDC user language. In the above screenshot, the iPad language is English, but the SFDC user language is Chinese.
The pound sign # disappears after the iPad language matches the SFDC user language.
