When tapping a Phone number on the Address detail page in CRM for iPad, iOS Call options Appear.
Currently, this is working as designed.
iPad and iPhone actually are behaving the same.
When short-tapping the phone number on an iPhone, a user sees the Call options. When doing a long tap, the user gets the same options as in the iPad screenshot.
When using 3D touch on the phone number, the user gets another set of options that are similar.
iOS controls the menu options that are displayed after it detects that the text is a phone number and Veeva does not have control over the menu options.
