Overview:
The User Activity logs show an error: Unable to evaluate: ERROR: invalid date passed to MONTH function. What is the root cause of this issue?
Root Cause:
The field defined in the MONTH function is not placed on the page layout. The user cannot give a correct value that can be evaluated by the MONTH function.
Solution:
To prevent the error, an Admin user should do the following:
- Change the page layout to place the specific field so the user could input a value.
- Refreshed the iRep database to download the page layout and input the correct value again.
