Question:
Why is the Sample Recipient field visible on the Call Attendee section when the user is using Online CRM? This field cannot be seen on the Offline device.
Answer:
The Offline behavior is a little different from the Online one. Instead of having a field, the user needs to click on the bottle sign (using CRM for Windows) or pill sign (using CRM for iPad) next to the Person Account name in the Attendee section.
