Question:
How to delete a document in Vault PromoMats and Medical?
Answer:
Delete permission is needed.
- Navigate to the document.
- Click the All Actions menu and select Delete.
- Select Delete.
- A notification will appear at the top of the screen indicating the document has been deleted.
Once a document has been deleted, it cannot be searched for or actioned on unless recovered.
Note: Only Product Support can restore deleted documents. Deleted documents cannot be restored after 30 days. Specific versions of a document cannot be restored.
