What is the Document Owner role in PromoMats?
The Document Owner is a system-provided user role that is automatically assigned to the user who creates a document.
Only one user can be assigned the Document Owner role at one time.
If the user needs to be on the document after switching the owner role, the user needs to add themselves to another role that allows them to view the document. Otherwise, it cannot be searched for.
Edit Sharing Settings and Change Owner role permissions are required to perform this task.
