Users are seeing a new login screen when accessing Vault.
Enhanced Login is added to all Vaults as of V18R2.
With the release of V18R2, when logging in and entering a username, it determines if a user is a Single Sign-on (SSO) or a Password user and exhibits the correct behavior.
If the user has a security profile of a password user, it displays the password box.
Upon a first login, a username is entered and it immediately forwards the user to the SSO provider if the user has an SSO profile.
On subsequent visits to login.veevavault.com, it displays text: "Your Vault account is configured to use your company's Single Sign-On solution".
If the SSO button is not configured, Vault displays a Log In button.
If there is an SSO button configured, Vault displays it:
On subsequent visits, Vault provides the opportunity to switch users. A page is shown to allow the user to either switch users or press a button to log in. The button displayed is dependent on the Vault configuration. If the Vault has a configured SSO button for that profile, it is displayed.
