Are there basic troubleshooting steps available for Vault File Manager?
- Confirm the user performs a Check Out to File Manager, versus standard Check Out.
- Confirm the user is using the Account (same username) in Vault and File Manager.
- Confirm the user is signed into File Manager, as opposed to viewing in a signed out state.
- Confirm the user has the same Vault selected in File Manager (selector at the bottom) from which documents were checked out.
