What are the conditions for creating a CRM Remote Meeting Attendee?
- Remote Meeting Attendees only get created if Zoom tells Veeva that an Attendee joins the meeting from the participant URL
- If a user starts an Engage Meeting, but there are no attendees, no Remote Meeting Attendee records are created
- The Remote Meeting Attendance Apex job only processes if the Remote Meeting is a part of a SUBMITTED Call
- There is usually a one-day lag to get the data from Zoom. So, if the user has Engage Meetings today, the user cannot see the Remote Meeting Attendee records until the job runs tomorrow
