Question:

A user creates a project and a targeting rule under the model field force.  However, targets do not appear in the Targets Tab when previewing the alignment results.

Answer:

• One possible reason is that the Planned Publish Date of the project is not within the cycle lifetime.

Example:

In this case, the Planned Publish Date of the project is 9/28/2018, but the Start Date of the Multichannel (MC) Cycle is 10/1/2018. It fails to align the target after preview.

• Another common issue is that the customer does not provide account rule criteria under the channel group or product group.
