Why is the following error present after running the Veeva Process Scheduler for Engage Meeting & Webinar Process: No participant information was returned for this meeting?
The reason for the error is that for a particular Call record the Health Care Provider (HCP) server does not contain any participant information.
The HCP server populates this participant information with a nightly job (12:45 AM GMT). If the Engage Post Process job is run before the HCP server is able to populate this information, the user sees this error for a valid meeting with Attendees.
