Question:
The link of some Alerts is not displayed on the My Alerts page in CRM for iPad. Why does this happen?
Answer:
This is because the referenced record is not available in CRM for iPad.
If the source object or the referenced record in the Link_Reference_vod field of the Alert_vod record is not available Offline, then the link does not display.
