Question:
How log in with delegate access (as a colleague) in Vault PromoMats and Vault Medical?
Answer:
If a colleague has delegated access follow the steps below to login as the collegue:
- On the right-hand side of the account, select User Profile.
- Select the name of the user under Log in as.
The user can also log in as their colleague from the Home tab directly (if this is configured) by selecting Log in as and choosing the colleague's name on the left-hand side of the user's profile.
