Question:
A user runs a Read & Understood (R&U) with Document Report in Vault. Why do previous versions of documents display field values that are from the most recent version's values instead of the values on the past document versions?
Answer:
R&U reports do not currently support cross-version reporting. Fields on older documents versions display the values that the fields currently have on the most recent version of the documents.
This is why the Include previous document versions checkbox is not available for this Report Type. It is working as designed.
