Question:
How is the Veeva_Remote_Meeting_Id_vod__c field populated on the Remote_Meeting_Attendee_vod object? Is it expected that the field value is null?
Answer:
The Veeva_Remote_Meeting_Id_vod__c field is the Remote Meeting Id entered by the Attendee when joining an Engage Meeting. This is a unique ID that the Attendee receives from the server and has to enter when joining the meeting.
The Veeva_Remote_Meeting_Id_vod value translates to a unique Participant Id for the Attendee. It is stamped on the Participant_Id_vod__c field on the Remote_Meeting_Attendee_vod__c object.
If, however, the Participant_Id_vod__c field of the Remote Meeting Attendee record is the SFDC Id of the rep user (host) itself, then the Call_vod__c field is blank and the Veeva_Remote_Meeting_Id_vod__c field has a null value.
