How to mark a document as a Favorite in Vault PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

When collaboration with large teams in Vault takes place, it can be difficult to stay informed on changes to documents. By choosing to receive notifications when updates occur on favorite documents, it is easy to stay current. In order to mark a document as favorite, follow these steps:

  1. Search for the document by using its number, or go to the Library.
  2. Click on the star appearing on the left-hand side of the document.

The document appears in the Favorites folder to allow fast access to important documents.
