The Account assignment preview (Account Territory) process does not generate any results on the Territories of field forces having Account Rules.
The issue can be caused by the following misconfiguration:
- Double-check the Account Rule, and rule criteria, if there is any Account record meeting the criteria.
- The Account Rule should have the Account logic filled in. If there is no Account logic, the rule does not take effect.
- The Account Source should be filled in properly with an existing and valid Account Source.
- The Veeva CRM Org field of the Territories must have a valid, existing Account Source, which should match with the one set in the Account Rules.
