Overview:
Upon logging into a Veeva CRM (Salesforce) org, a generic insufficient privileges error appears. Any attempt to navigate results in logging out from the org.
Answer:
The issue is caused by the API Only User Administrative Permission belonging to the user's profile. In order to resolve the issue, this permission must be unchecked.
Note: This permission can only be granted to the user's profile using a permission set in the event it is an SFDC Standard Profile.
