Overview:
In an event, a Multichannel Cycle Plan Target (MCCP Target) record is published in Align and pushed to CRM. Is it possible to remove this MCCP Target record with Align later on?
Answer:
The MCCP target removal process with Align is currently not supported. Technically it is possible, but strongly disrecommended to remove mccp related data as a regular and daily task. This includes an attempt of using Account Exclusion functionality to exclude already assigned and pushed out targets.
If an MCCP target is removed from CRM manually, Align does not push it out, as long as it is not modified in Align.
