If the Multichannel Cycle (MC Cycle) record is published in Align and Pushed to CRM, is it possible to remove this MC Cycle Record with Align later on?
Once Align pushes a target to CRM, it cannot be removed anymore with Align. The MCCP target removal process with Align is currently not supported. This includes an attempt of using Account Exclusion functionality to exclude already assigned and pushed out targets.
If an MCCP target is removed from CRM manually, Align does not push it out, as long as it is not modified in Align.
