The email field is filled when obtaining capture consent record in the iPad. However, the value of the email field cannot be synced from iPad to CRM online.
This may occur that the end user does not have read permission to the Consent_Admin_vod__c field of the Users object.
Follow the below steps to resolve this issue.
- System Admin grants the read permission to the Consent_Admin_vod__c field of the Users object for the end user.
- The end user syncs the iPad and confirms the email field value is updated to the online.
