Question:
For easier tracking, a user wants to enter the values in the Text field of a Veeva Message by using separate lines. However, the message does not work. Can additional lines be used in the Text field of a Veeva Message?
Answer:
This is working as designed. It is not suggested to use extra lines in the Text field of a Veeva Message, otherwise, the client may parse the Veeva Message incorrectly.
